The Ottawa River Canoe Club has a great variety of on-water training and dryland programs to offer through the off-season months. Everything from fall and spring paddling, swimming, core connection classes, and athletic family conditioning workouts.
Come join us for a swim at the new Richcraft pool, games night and stretch, as well as Nordic Skiing and running. All programs are coached by certified trainers and coaches specializing in each domain. Our lead trainer, Andrea Nicholls will head up the group athletic conditioning sessions, which is very popular and growing every year.
