Welcome to the sprint program which offers a graduated Learn to Paddle program for children and teens to become comfortable in the boats and work together as a team to master paddling skills.
Fall training provides the athletes an opportunity to refine their skills developed over the summer in our regatta ready programs. Small group training in the fall is an excellent way to work on technique, in a low ratio session with more coaching and one on one work. To accommodate busy schedules there will be three training times throughout the week:
Athletes must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of practice to get equipment set-up.
All athletes must come prepared with running shoes for warm-ups and dry-land training when the weather is not cooperating.This program is open to both members and non-members. Non-members can purchase a membership now that will be valid for the rest of the year.
