This program is geared towards athletes and their families who are looking to improve their CORE strength and conditioning to improve posture, athletic/functional ability, movement and strength. This is a weekly dry-land training session designed to challenge, motivate and inspire every single participant in a dynamic, interactive and FUN group environment. Thursday evening will have a core focus, including strength movement and balance skills. This isn't a lie down and work the abs session - this is a focus on building our core strength from the inside out. Participants will move, rotate, lift, push and pull. Ultimately building improved strength in the back, abdominals, hip flexors, and more. Part of this class will involve flexibility training and therapy ball release. No high impact in this class - just high energy! Great for all levels.

The program is led by Andrea Nicholls, certified sports conditioning specialist, personal trainer, strength coach and fitness instructor. Assisted by Joel Hazzan Head Coach of the ORCC Canoe Club.
The program runs 21 weeks (class outside on Nov 2, No class Dec 21, 28), or (January 4).
