SUP4LIFE - Stand up paddling fitness
For SUP athletes looking to take the gym outside, come join us for a super full body workout geared to all levels. This workout will build endurance through your strokes, core strength, balance, flexibility, upper and lower body strength and stamina all in one.
Join Andrea Nicholls, a certified Personal Trainer, Conditioning Coach and SUP Instructor, for a high energy training program.
We use our board to develop strength and balance, and our paddles to build stamina and endurance. Interval training at its best, on the water! The session will be geared to all levels of participation.
Program participants must have previous SUP experience or have attended an ORCC WhatSUP course.
The first day will include a review of SUP safety which will be reinforced each week.
Session Dates: June 26 to August 7 (7 sessions)
When: Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm
Cost: $70 ORCC members and $100 for non-members
(Note: if you own your own board the fee is $10 per class)
