The focus of the fall training will be the development of paddling skills and technique for long term success in both singles and crew boats. The fall is a great time to continue to develop these new skills learned during summer camps!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of practice to get equipment set up. Always bring running shoes and work-out gear to all practices in case waves are bad.
Please note that the training hours might change with daylight so be prepared to adjust your schedule accordingly (30min earlier in October as sun sets earlier).
All athletes must bring running shoes and athletic wear for either dryland or on-water training to each practice.
