The focus of the fall training will be to continue the fun participants had in the summer, while working on paddling skills and technique. The fall is a great time to continue working on all the skills learned during summer camps!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of practice to get equipment set up. Always bring running shoes and work-out gear to all practices.
Please note that the training hours might change with daylight so be prepared to adjust your schedule accordingly (30min).
All athletes must bring running shoes and athletic wear for either dryland or on-water training to each practice.
