The focus of spring training will be to get athletes back on the water after a long winter while working on paddling skills and technique. Spring is a great time to get back on the water to hone your skills before summer camps!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of practice to get equipment set up. Always bring running shoes and work-out gear to all practices.
All athletes must bring running shoes and athletic wear for either dryland or on-water training to each practice.
