The focus of the spring training will be the development of paddling skills and technique for long term success in both singles and crew boats. The fall is a great time to continue to develop these new skills learned during summer camps!
Cost:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of practice to get equipment set up. Always bring running shoes and work-out gear to all practices in case waves are bad.
All athletes must bring running shoes and athletic wear for either dryland or on-water training to each practice.
