The focus of fall training will be to continue to build a strong foundation for athletes to build off their summer paddling development and fine tune their paddling skills and technique. This is a great opportunity to build paddling endurance and to work on technical aspects of your strokes to take into next season and regatta's for next year.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of practice to get equipment set up. Always bring running shoes and work-out gear to all practices.
All athletes must bring running shoes and athletic wear for either dryland or on-water training to each practice.
