This program provides 2 or 4 dedicated coached training sessions per week from September until early October with the goal of improved paddling technique, fitness and endurance. You will be asked to train one other day on your own to complete the program. We always close the season with a endurance paddle and breakfast!
All athletes must bring running shoes and athletic wear for either dryland or on-water training to each practice.
